CAREGIVER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Administrative Assistant/CAREGiver is expected to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties that support CAREGivers and Office Personnel. The Administrative Assistant/CAREGiver is expected to answer phones, complete administrative duties and support CAREGivers and other staff members with clerical tasks in order to provide the highest quality service to CAREGivers and clients.
Must be available M-F 7 am-7 pm; with Sat/Sun availability 8:30 am- 5:30 pm; Position works no more than 20 hours as a CAREGiver and the remaining time in the office. (40 hours guaranteed )
SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
The Scheduling Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling clients and Caregivers to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.
Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and development of extraordinary relationships.
Scheduling experience preferred.
(guaranteed 40 hrs/week, must be available M-F 7 am-7 pm; Sat/Sun 8:30 am-5:30 pm; On-call responsibility)
